To get this template, from your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Pages > Add New

Once the page gets loaded, click on the Gutenberg Templates Button, then a popup window will appear.

Hover on the template then decide whether if you want to Add to favorite or insert it by clicking on any of those buttons “Favorite Icon” or “Insert”.
